RULES OF THE NAUTICAL ROAD

Submarine on Board Training (SOBT)

Developed this course to deliver the COLREGS in a web-based format. All of the rules are covered including each light and day shape configuration. There is a 1000-question test bank included in the course, which includes an exam on each topic and a final exam. Met SOBT Developers Guide and Navy's 508 compliancy.
